High Season - 320€/night

From June 15 to September 15. Minimum stay of 7 days.

época média az beach house

Middle season - 280€/night

From May 1 to June 15 and September 16 to October 31. Minimum stay of 7 days.

época baixa az beach house

Low Season - 220€/night

From November 1st to April 30th. Minimum stay 2 nights. Stays of less than 7 nights will be charged a cleaning fee of 150€.

The house is ideal for large families or for two or three families of friends who want to spend a beach vacation together.

  • Kitchen: refrigerator; iron; microwave; cooking utensils; electric kettle; dishwasher; oven; ceramic hob; toaster; espresso machine.
  • Wc: bidet; bath or shower; towels; hair dryer.
  • Bedrooms: linen; socket near the bed; closet in all rooms.
  • Living room: 2 armchairs and sofa bed; dining area with dining table; fan; large balcony with side sea view; free wifi; TV; cable channels;
  • Outdoor area: private pool; garden; barbecue; outdoor dining area; outdoor furniture; clothesline.
  • Hand sanitizing gel

Terms and Conditions

Antecedence of the reservation

We accept reservations up to 3 days prior to the check-in date subject to availability.

Cancellation

Cancellation of the stay is free of charge up to 15 days before the check-in date, and the 30% initially paid at the time of booking will be returned. The refund will be made by bank transfer or MbWay. If the cancellation is made less than 15 days before the check-in date, no amount will be refunded.

Deposit

The deposit is 300 € at check-in. At the end of the stay, after checking the condition of the house, will be returned or not the amount by bank transfer.

Other

  • Children up to 2 years old - if necessary, we provide cribs for free.
  • The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the presence of stairs inside.

Payment

  • 30% at the time of booking (only after we receive this first payment is the reservation confirmed)
  • 70% 15 days before check-in.
  • Payment can be made by bank transfer (IBAN:

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: between 4:00pm and 8:00pm | Check-out: between 9:00am and 12:00pm.

It is not allowed...

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the house, in any of the rooms.
  • No parties are allowed.
